The ability to approve your customers’ booking requests can help you avoid double booking, have control on how many customers you can cater in a day and you will be able to evaluate each request and choose whether to accept it or not.
Steps:
- 
Log in to GoReminders and click on Booking. 
- 
Under Booking Requests, you should see the names of the customers who submitted a request to set an appointment. 
- 
Click on a customer’s name. You should now see the date/s and time they requested. 
- 
Choose your preferred timeslot. 
- 
Click “Confirm”. You have now selected the time that works best for you. 
6. Select a template or message sequence to remind your customers about their upcoming appointment.
7. Hit Save.
