I started using GoReminders about 3 weeks ago. This is the best reminder service out there hands down.
I own two different companies, and Jonathan from GoReminders showed me how to make two different templates to be able to send two different reminders so I can send one message to my tinting customers and a complete different message for my cell phone customers. Their support is out of this world at how quick they reply to you and how quickly they help you get set up right.
My customers love that they can quickly look at the text, type the letter C to confirm the appointment which then alerts me that the customer has confirmed and will be there, or they can type the letter R and it will message me that the customer needs to reschedule and give me their phone number so that I can quickly call the customer and reschedule.
I’ve tried about every system out there and this one will not be beat I promise.

As a business consultant, I am always looking for technology to improve efficiencies for my clients. I researched three different reminder applications and GoReminders was the most compatible for my client who does multiple scheduled daily deliveries to repeat customers on a varied rotation basis. This app also delivers reminders without them having to be sent through a cell phone which was critical for my client as they didn’t want the text messages being sent from a cell phone. Having the option to use the application in the App or on a Desktop is great. It is so easy to use and the features allow me to keep track of appointments for several artists in a busy Tattoo studio. We have had only one no show in the bast 6 or 7 months that we have been using them. That no show was due to a client who works 3rd shift falling asleep and missing it so that could not be prevented. I love that we’re able to separate not only the artists but also the different services we offer allowing us to set the type of appointment so we know whether to set up for consultations, decorative, cosmetic or Areola tattooing.
You can even set up a reminder to the artist as well so they know to have artwork done for the appointment. My artists also value the confirmations and rescheduling responses sent to them so they are aware of their own scheduling and/or last minute changes that they need to make.
I can not praise this company enough and could probably write a whole book on how great their services are. Weary of working with a new service we agreed to try it on a month to month basis for 3 months after a couple weeks we saw the value and have since changed over to yearly and saved a bit of cash. For $20 a month we have easily saved hundreds of dollars from no shows. If you have any questions about this service, I would be happy to answer them for you.
