You can download your appointments to a CSV file to view them offline or print them.
To export your appointments:

Go to the Appointment Settings Page and select “Enable List Exporting?”. Press Save.

Go to the Calendar page.

From the down menu found in the upper right corner, select the Agenda view.

Click the export button (cloud with a downward pointing arrow) below the dropdown menu for the calendar view.

Click the export button (cloud with a downward pointing arrow) to the right of the day/date that you’d like to export.
Your browser will now download a CSV file. You can print this if you’d like.
