Want to share your GoReminders appointments with other people who are not listed as Staff in your GoReminders account? Read the instructions below.
In order to share GoReminders appointments from your Google Calendar your GoReminders account must be integrated with your Google Calendar first. See below for instructions on how to integrate GoReminders appointments with Google Cal.
How to Share a GoReminders Calendar from Google Calendar:

Open your Google Calendar.

On the left side of the screen under the “My Calendars” list, hover the cursor over the GoReminders Calendar and click the 3 dots that appear on the right.

Click “Settings and Sharing”. This will bring you to the Google Calendar Settings page.

Under “Share with specific people”, click the +Add People button.

Add the email address for the person you will share the calendar with and select the type of permissions you would like to give to the person who will have access to the GoReminders Google Calendar.
How to Integrate GoReminders with Google Calendar:

Go to Settings > Calendar in your GoReminders account.

Click Authorize, found under the Google Calendar option.

You will be prompted to select the email account associated with the Google Calendar. Select the account.

You will then be prompted to give GoReminders permission to access the Google account. Press “Allow”.

Your account has been authorized. This creates a GoReminders “calendar” inside your Google Calendar account and your appointments will appear in your Google Calendar.
