Reminder Replies and 2-way Messaging

Two way messaging is an important communication tool. Here’s how you can communicate with your clients after a reminder has been sent.

You’ll receive a notification if a customer replies to a reminder message. 

If your customer replies to an email reminder, you can reply directly back to them. Any future messages in that email thread will be sent between you and your customer.

If your customer replies to a SMS/text message reminder and you’d like to communicate with them further, then you’ll have to do so outside of GoReminders.
