Let’s say you want to set up a follow-up message to your clients after they receive a service from you, to prompt them to write a review. You don’t want the option to confirm or reschedule to be on there, but you do want it to show up on the original text to remind them about their appointment.
Confirm/reschedule/cancel instructions are only included in reminder messages that are sent before the appointment. These instructions will automatically be removed from follow-up messages that are sent after the appointment.
