7 Tips & Tricks for Using GoReminders

Maybe you’re already a pro using GoReminders, and if so we’re happy you’re using our appointment reminder app. But even if you’re a pro, I’m sure there’s a few simple tips here that can help you. Here are 7 tips & tricks to push your business to the next level with GoReminders.

  1. Use Labels to stop reminders from sending on specific appointments. This is a great way to stay organized and make sure you’re only sending the reminders you want.
  2. Block off time on your calendar to mark when you’re unavailable. Lots of our customers use our appointment booking app, and this is a useful feature for streamlining your busy scheduling.
  3. Add a Booking form link to your Reminder Templates so clients can reschedule immediately after receiving a reminder. It’s really convenient to have your customers be able to reschedule without even needing to contact you!
  4. Use our Message Blast feature for sale announcements, promotions, or any other kind of marketing you can think of. GoReminders isn’t just for reminders!
  5. Use Filters to view your appointments by Customer, Location, Staff, Service, or Label. Staying organized can be a really challenge, but all these tools are here to help.
  6. Switch your Notifications to text messages if you want notifications to show up directly on your phone. Some businesses prefer email, others prefer SMS notifications, pick whichever one works best for you.
  7. Set up your entire team as Staff members. Customers can book with specific staff members, and staff members can manage their own calendars.
