Monthly roundup: New features, holiday promo idea, and how to save 20%
Jonathan Zacks
This month we’re announcing two new features, and sending you a few more tips to get the most out of your GoReminders subscription.
New Features: Maximum Scheduling Notice and Time Selector Interval
These new features allow for much greater control and flexibility over your booking form.
With maximum scheduling notice, you can tell your customers how far in advance they can book their appointment. If you want your customers to be able to book their appointments no more than a year from now, just select 1 year from the dropdown. Simple as that. You can set this to as low as 1 day or as high as unlimited.
The time selector interval control allows you to increase or decrease the window of each appointment. If you only want to allow one appointment per hour, just pick 1 hour from the dropdown. This is useful for when you want to give yourself some downtime between appointments, or if you want to allow more frequent appointment booking windows than your default appointment time allows.
Holiday Message Blasts
This time of year, lots of businesses are sending marketing blasts to their customers. Informing your customers of promotions, sales, or even just announcing when you’ll be closed, these are all great uses for our Message Blasts feature.
To use Message Blasts, just go to the nav menu at the top and select Message Blasts. Create your promo or announcement and send it to all of your customers, or only a select group.
Yearly Subscription vs. Monthly
Going yearly is a great way to save your business some money. For example, our most popular plan, the Silver subscription tier, is $72 cheaper over the course of 12 months if you choose yearly billing. You can always switch from monthly to yearly (or from yearly to monthly) any time, right on the billing page.
That’s it for now. Happy holidays everyone, and don’t forget to check out our 7 Tips & Tricks for Using GoReminders!
